The sheet is clamped to the top of the vertical wall chamber (A) and the prestretching is achieved by a pressure build up between the sheet and the mould table as the mould rises in the chamber (B). On completion of the stroke, the area under the billow sheet is evacuated forming the prestretch sheet around the mold (C).
